The Demolition Workforce Recruitment and Hiring Resource Kit was developed by the National Demolition Association (NDA) to help demolition companies improve and streamline their hiring practices. This resource kit includes both pre-interview and formal interview tools with broad, recommended questions designed to evaluate a candidate’s experience, qualifications, and technical skills at each stage of the hiring process. By using these tools, companies can more efficiently identify qualified candidates, establish consistent hiring practices, and ultimately raise industry standards. Please note that the suggested questions are not exhaustive and are provided for reference only.
