Educational Sponsorships

Keynote and Breakfast – $65,000 SOLD!
Be the exclusive sponsor of the Keynote presentation. This sponsorship includes the opportunity for the sponsor to introduce the Keynote speaker, place company collateral on the meal tables, and a meter board to brand as attendees walk into the presentation. Recognition includes acknowledgment as the sponsor on onsite signage, opening slides, cocktail napkins, in pre-show communications and within the Demolition Phoenix mobile app.

DESTINATION NDA - $10,000
Be the exclusive sponsor of the Destination NDA membership booth. Recognition includes your company logo at the membership table at Destination NDA, recognition in the official event mobile app, and inclusion in pre-show communications promoting member education at Destination NDA.

Need a quiet place to host your small meetings during the conference? NDA has available meeting rooms for use for the duration of the event. Availability is first-come, first-served. Sponsorship includes meeting room provided by NDA which can be used as sponsor wishes. Sponsor is also responsible for any charges within the room (catering, audio visual, electrical, etc.)

REGISTRATIONS BAGS - $8,000
Gain valuable exposure in big numbers with your logo imprinted on the NDA convention bag. With the many items participants carry, it’s a unique opportunity to feature your company on an event item that is heavily used. Includes acknowledgment as a sponsor with your one color logo imprinted on attendee bag (with NDA logo) and one promotional insert provided by your team (8-1/2" x 11" or smaller) included in the bag.

BADGE HOLDERS - $7,000 SOLD!
The convention badge is every attendee’s ticket to the Expo. This sponsorship puts your company logo on the badge holder that must be worn at all times and receive exposure every time attendees meet or enter the Expo. As the exclusive sponsor of the badge holders, you receive consistent visibility for your company throughout the entire conference.

LANYARDS - $6,000 SOLD!
You’ll see them everywhere at Demolition Phoenix — lanyards! That’s why your logo imprinted on them is one of the best ways to build brand awareness. Worn by all attendees, including exhibitors and sponsors, they provide high visibility that succeeds at getting your company noticed. CONFERENCE NOTEPADS AND PENS - $5,000
Daily reinforce your brand with attendees by creating a branded convention notepad that they can use to take notes in sessions and during their discussions on the Expo floor. Includes your company logo and NDA logo. Notepads will be distributed at registration.

VISIBILITY METER BOARD - $2,500 (4 available)
Drive traffic to your booth with two full-color, double sided signs, each measuring 3’ wide by 7’ tall. This gives you a chance to communicate two separate, high impact messages. The meter board will be placed in the NDA meeting space in a high traffic area. Signs will be placed by NDA in random order.

Bring your message and brand to the Demolition Phoenix attendees by sponsoring a banner advertisement in one of the event’s daily emails. Each day of the event, all attendees will receive an email that will include highlights from the day before and upcoming information for that day. Your team will have the opportunity to select which email your sponsored banner will appear. Space is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

DIGITAL MARKETING ADVERTISEMENT- $1,000 (Limited Availability)
Bring your message and brand to NDA members and attendees by sponsoring a banner advertisement that will be included in one of our pre- or post-show communications. Your team will have the opportunity to select which email your sponsored banner will appear.
