Construction, Demolition and Remediation 'Essential' Exemption

Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Exemption

There has been confusion as to what is included DHS/CISA’s list of critical infrastructure workforce. NDA provided comments yesterday to DHS seeking further clarification that construction and demolition/remediation be explicitly added to the list. While the list is only guidance to the states, as we’ve seen, a number of states are citing it.
