National Labor Relations Board's Recent Rulemaking Agenda

In addition to reaffirming that the Board is addressing the joint-employment standard, the Agenda also indicates that the Board will consider rulemaking in the following areas:
- The Board's current representation-case procedures.
- The Board's current standards for blocking charges, voluntary recognition, and the formation of Section 9(a) bargaining relationships in the construction industry.
- The standard for determining whether students who perform services at private colleges or universities in connection with their studies are "employees" within the meaning of Section 2(3) of the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA).
- Standards for access to an employer's private property.
